Who is going to be cleaning my home? 

Casa Limpia is comprised of hard working professional women who are trained to clean almost any surface and area with the utmost care. 

Will someone need to be home when cleaning? 

Most of our clients are not present while we clean, but anyone is welcome to be present.

What forms of payment can I use and how do I pay?

Currently, we accept cash, checks, and Venmo. Most of our clients choose to leave their payment on a visible, clear surface, such as the kitchen countertop or entryway table.

What if I need to reschedule? 

We understand that our clients lead busy lives, and unexpected situations may arise. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule. Cancellation or rescheduling charges do not apply as long as it is done with at least 48 hours' notice.

What do we not clean?

We ensure our clients' satisfaction by allowing them to customize their cleaning service to meet their specific needs. However, we generally do not clean or tend to the following:

What happens if something is damaged during my clean?

If the client is present, we will inform them immediately; if not, we will also notify them as soon as possible. Any damages will be promptly addressed and the costs will be covered.

What if there is something that should not be touched?

We encourage clients to inform us of any items or surfaces that should not be cleaned or require specific cleaners. We like to discuss these preferences before our cleaning appointments to ensure the best possible experience for our clients.
