Please read the terms and conditions:
Privacy Policy: Your information is for the exclusive use of Casa Limpia L.L.C. It will not be shared with any other entity of any kind.
Our Guarantee: Our priority is the customer. If a service was not performed as stipulated, you have 12 hours after the service was completed to report a problem. If this pertains to the quality of service we have provided or is not as stipulated, we will correct the issue free of charge. If the problem is not reported within 12 hours after the service, or if you choose to rectify the issue yourself, we will not be able to make corrections for you, nor will we offer compensation.
Arrival Times: We do our best to arrive at the agreed time, but sometimes unforeseen events may affect our schedule. If the time difference is more than one hour before or after the agreed time, you will be notified as soon as possible. If there is no specific arrival time, the cleaning will be completed between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. In advance, we appreciate your flexibility.
Cancellations/Rescheduling: Cancellation or rescheduling charges do not apply as long as it is done with at least 24 hours' notice (excluding weekends). If it is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or the crew is unable to enter the house, a fee of 50% of the cleaning cost will be charged. If the client reschedules a cleaning with less than 48 hours' notice, a 25% additional fee, based on the quoted service, will be charged.
Note: Water and electricity are required to clean your home; our cancellation policy applies if these amenities are not provided.
Inclement Weather: Casa Limpia reserves the right to change, cancel, or reschedule due to severe inclement weather.
Payments: Payments must be made on the day the service is provided in cash, by check, or through Venmo. Unpaid balances will accrue a $10 surcharge for each week they are late, and returned checks are subject to an additional fee.
Assigned Crew: Casa Limpia will always send the same team designated for your comfort, but in some cases, different personnel may be assigned. It is worth mentioning that, for security reasons, our team is not allowed to use ladders, move heavy furniture, or handle animal excrement or vomit. To ensure the most effective cleaning, please put away all personal items before the arrival of the cleaning staff. Our teams work well with friendly animals. However, if your pet is uncomfortable with someone unknown in your home, please make sure to secure them in a safe place.
Loss or Breakage: Please report losses, breakages, or damages within 12 hours of services.
Holidays: We respect the following holidays as a time for families, and therefore Casa Limpia does not work on these days:
New Years
Good Friday
Independence Day
Thanksgiving
Christmas
If your service is scheduled on any of these days, your appointment will be rescheduled, and you will be notified at least 48 hours prior to your service. But if you need the service specifically on any of these holidays, there will be a 50% additional fee based on the quoted service. For these holidays, no discounts are applied. Thank you for your understanding.
Non-Solicitation: By using our services, you agree not to solicit for hire any staff member introduced by us for a period of 5 years.
Estimates: Estimates are valid for 30 days. Once the service is contracted regularly, the quote will be valid for one year. After one year, the prices may vary.
